Group Lessons

In each session you will learn the techniques of preparation of appetizers, first courses, one or more doughs and desserts: "how a fresh Neapolitan pasta is born, the secrets for a good homemade pizza, the curiosity about zeppolines; to conclude with the ancient arts of preparation of typical Neapolitan sweets.

Lessons will take place every Tuesday and every Thursday of the week, starting at 10.00 am until 1.30 pm / 2.00 pm when you have the opportunity to taste the dishes prepared during the lesson.

The "group" lessons will take place when 4 people per session are reached.

  • Grilled slice of smoked provola cheese over lemon leaf
